We do not offer exchanges at this time.

The fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Return Eligibility and Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of placing your order for a refund to the original payment method.

Eligible items must be:

• New, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or stains
• With all original tags attached
• Not marked as Final Sale

Not eligible:

• Items marked Final Sale
• Bodysuits (final sale for hygiene reasons)

How to Start a Return

Follow the steps provided to receive your return instructions and prepaid return label (when available).

Return Shipping Costs

Kyodan offers free returns for American customers when the return is submitted within 30 days of placing the order and the items meet the eligibility requirements above.

Kyodan is not responsible for the cost of any returns sent through other means than the provided pre-paid return label.

Packaging and Tracking

Your return package must be clearly marked as a return for identification and must be trackable.

Keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.

Refunds and Processing Times

Returns are processed within 2 business days of their reception in our warehouse.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and confirmed by email. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Promotions

Gift With Purchase (GWP)

When a Gift With Purchase promotion is active, one gift is offered per qualifying order that meets the stated threshold before taxes, shipping, and fees.

Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged on their own.

If you return items and your total purchase drops below $100, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund at our discretion.

If you return your entire order, the gift must also be returned. The gift cannot be returned or exchanged independently of the qualifying purchase.

Other promotions

If your order qualified for a promotional offer (including free shipping eligibility) and you later return part of the order so it no longer qualifies, we may adjust your refund accordingly based on the promotion terms.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits are always considered Final Sale.
