Returns
Kyodan offers free returns for American customers on merchandise that has not been worn, washed, or altered, and has all original tags attached, within 30 days of placing your order.
If you wish to return any items in your order, please choose one of the following:
Returns are processed within 2 business days of their reception in our warehouse.
All refunds are issued via the original payment method and will be confirmed via email notification. All refunds are subject to processing times determined by the bank or payment institution by which payment was issued.
Kyodan does not refund shipping costs from initial order, only the products themselves receive a refund once returned.
Kyodan is not responsible for the cost of any returns sent through other means than the provided pre-paid return label.
The return package must be marked as a return for identification and must be trackable.
Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between December 4th and December 24th, 2026, can be returned until January 24th, 2027. Holiday returns are still subject to our full return policy.
Gift with Purchase (GWP) promotion returns
- Partial Returns: If a customer returns items and their total purchase drops below $80, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund at our discretion.
- Full Returns: If a customer returns their entire order, the gift must also be returned. The gift cannot be returned or exchanged independently of the qualifying purchase.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend returning your item and placing a new order for the item of your choice.
Final Sales
All items purchased with the "Final Sale" tag cannot be returned or exchanged. Bodysuits are final sale due to hygienic purposes.
